THE REDARC RECRUITMENT PROCESS
At REDARC, we not only look for technical fit ‘can they do the job?’ but also a cultural fit ‘does the candidate fit our culture, will the candidate work well with the team?’
Throughout a 3-step interview process, candidates will meet various REDARC team members, giving them an opportunity to learn more about the role, our people and culture. This process allows both REDARC and candidates to gain an in-depth understand of each other. There is also an opportunity to meet our CEO Anthony Kittel. Depending on where the role is located, near the end of the recruitment process candidates are invited to tour our Headquarters in Adelaide.

Are you an experienced engineer looking for new challenges and keen to work on Australian made high quality products? REDARC’s skilled engineering team is currently comprised of approximately 130 engineers across:

To aid in the development of our award-winning products, REDARC are always looking to evolve our team and grow the skilled workforce of:
- Electronics Engineers
- System Engineers (Product Development)

As a member of our Engineering Team you will develop products for use in rugged automotive and recreational applications. Our products assist our customers in maximising their enjoyment of the great off-roading and camping lifestyle, as well as providing safety and power solutions for the commercial, mining, industrial and marine industries. Our team thrives on providing the best quality products without compromise so that our customers are always thrilled with their experience.
You will work alongside experienced engineers skilled in embedded systems design, power electronics, digital signal processing, and more. You will participate in all stages of the new product development process, from research and conceptualisation through to mass manufacturing. You will see your designs come to life through our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and talk with the customers who use the products you’ve designed.
