GoBlock comes to the rescue for WA small business

Kay-Ann owns Full 'A' Beans Coffee, a 12v-powered business.

Prior to the beginning of the 1st day of the Dowerin Field Days in Western Australia, Kay discovered her 240 – 12V converter had failed (not a REDARC converter). This meant she had no 12v power for her water pumps and fridges. This could’ve proven disastrous for Kay if not resolved before the event kicked off.

One of REDARC’s Area Sales Managers, Gary Weir, was luckily in the area and was able to remove the faulty unit, before using the GoBlock fridge socket to power the fridges and water pumps whilst it charged through the generator's 240V input that Kay had in the back of the van.

Catching up for a coffee at the end of the field day event, we went back to see how Kay went, with her noting she had had a great show and had turned over $2500 for that day and $1600 the day before.

Kay said “Gary from REDARC came to the rescue with one of their 12V units. I'm so grateful, would not have been able to operate without their generosity. Please support this company.”

Supporting small businesses like Full 'A' Beans Coffee is just one example of REDARC’s commitment to customer service, beyond providing great products.

Kay has also borrowed REDARC’s GoBlock for the weekend to work at Wanneroo Raceway, successfully replacing her traditional setup, leading up to REDARC installing a new converter for her at the conclusion of the event.
