THE PRODUCT I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT TO BE RE-STOCKED?

We are unable to provide a timeline on re-stock of goods, we encourage you to register your interest on the product page if you would like notification of when it will be re-stocked. Otherwise visit one of our authorised retailers.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?

No refunds or store credit are provided for change of mind. We will happily exchange a product for you, for exchanges information, refer to the returns section. 

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCTS, CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We can understand you may order the wrong product or accessories. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, we will endeavour to intercept the order. Please contact us via the enquiry form below.

We will happily exchange a product for you if it is still in the original packaging and has not been used. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. To ensure you meet all requirements for a product to be exchanged – read our exchange guidelines here.

  • Free delivery applies to purchases on the REDARC website redarcelectronics.com/au/ for shipping within Australia.
  • This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at anytime.

**Excludes dangerous goods, bulky goods and gift cards. Shipping will be calculated on check out. 

Shipping for orders under $100, bulky orders or orders containing dangerous good, will be calculated on checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days, and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on factors including your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

Shipping may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes during sale periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number, where you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive order confirmation, ensure to check your junk mail. If you do not receive order confirmation or tracking details, please submit an enquiry below.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes within Australia.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, REDARC is not responsible for lost/stolen orders. If you have a stolen or lost order, please contact Australia Post. 

Where orders are shipped to a delivery address outside Australia, you are responsible for the compliance terms as written in our Website Terms of Use.

RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND

REDARC do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind. 

Exchanges can be processed within 14 days from purchase, if purchased from redarcelectronics.com/au.Freight costs will covered by the customer and vary depending on type of goods, size, weight and delivery location etc.

For a product to be accepted for exchange, it must be in its original sale condition, unused and still in it’s original packaging with all parts and documents.
