Featuring 50A of advanced charging technology, this DC-to-DC charger keeps your start and secondary batteries charged using power from your vehicle’s alternator or solar. The BCDC Alpha's built in Green Power Priority™ will prioritise solar input, minimising the load on your alternator and saving fuel.
When paired with the included Smart Battery Monitor, the BCDC Alpha50 R can distinguish between current sent to your battery and to the loads in your system.
If the Charge Current is set below maximum, the charger taps into this unused current to supply your system’s loads directly, minimising reliance on your battery. The result? Less demand on your battery and an extended lifespan for worry-free adventures.

Looking for the best 80w solar panel for camping? REDARC's monocrystalline flat panels are highly efficient with a robust design. A tempered glass coating and a sturdy aluminium frame ensure that our panels will withstand harsh road conditions and extreme weather conditions. These are designed for a fixed installation, typically on the roof area of caravans, RV’s, motorhomes, as well as some camper trailer and 4x4 vehicle applications.
Featuring an anodised aluminium frame and tempered glass coating they are well suited for outdoor use and employ quality MC4 style connectors for easy installation. Fixed Solar Panels feature a weight improvement and smaller footprint design for their power output, effectively contributing to a lighter, smaller design with greater cell efficiency. Each panel is tested at time of manufacture to conform to CE standards, so you can be sure that the panel output is exactly as described in its specification.

REDARC offers customers free freight within Australia on products purchased via the REDARC website, unless a dangerous goods charge is deemed necessary in order to ship products of a lithium chemistry.All products have a 5 day lead time before shipment after which it will be shipped via your preferred shipping method. For alternative freight options please contact REDARC at power@redarc.com.au
For international orders, freight will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders will be shipped from our factory in Lonsdale with delivery timeframes dependant on location.
Where orders are shipped to a delivery address outside Australia, you are responsible for the compliance terms as written in our Website Terms of Use
