REDARC listed in the Deloitte Technology Top 50

REDARC Managing Director Anthony Kittel said that the company’s achievement of being named in this prestigious list was recognition of the outstanding team at REDARC.

“The result reflects the efforts of a dedicated team who are focused on innovation, design and commercialisation of new products to achieve the best possible solutions for customers,” said Mr Kittel.

“The REDARC philosophy is to have a world class facility with leading edge equipment and a team of passionate people who want to work here – these are the keys to winning new business. Since the GFC we have been able to hire some really good people, even though there’s been a definite skills shortage of electronics specialists. We’ve created a business that people have heard of and want to work in. If we hear that good people become available then we will do our utmost to create a new opportunity for them and slot them in. If we don’t have good people on board to make the growth happen then there’s no chance”, explained Mr Kittel.
