Meet REDNetwork Advisory Council member Gareth Thompson

Gareth Thompson from GT Auto Electrix in Auckland is the New Zealand representative for the REDNetwork Advisory Council. The council has been set up to provide members a local contact to share identified opportunities as well as needs in their business. Members of the council will meet throughout the year to discuss these amongst other REDNetwork related business.
Our team is made up of four staff members in Hillcrest, Auckland and have been operating for more than five years. We provide fault finding, auto electrical repairs and air conditioning repairs.
I have been fitting REDARC products for several years and have always been happy with the quality. I was more than happy to align my company with the REDARC brand by joining the REDNetwork and our customers love the thought of a nationwide support network.
I see the Advisory Council as being a small but focussed group where we can react to what is happening in workplaces of REDNetwork members. This will provide a voice for the network for when changes are being made to the focuses of REDARC and products. I encourage other members to put forward ideas to your Advisory Council representative that can be discussed at the meetings.

REDARC hosted its largest REDNetwork Conference to date at Adelaide Oval, marking five years of connection, training and industry collaboration. The event brought together more than 100 REDNetwork members, partners and industry leaders, reflecting the continued growth of the network and REDARC’s ongoing commitment to supporting local REDARC experts through product training, business development and strong industry relationships.
Recently, REDARC welcomed Hilton Riggins and Peter Favilla from the North American team to REDARC HQ, providing an opportunity to strengthen connections, share insights and further align global teams as REDARC continues to expand internationally.
