RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

REDARC offers returns for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will not be offered for change of mind.

For an item to be eligible for an exchange it will need to meet the criteria below:

  1. Complete the exchange request form below or email returns@redarc.com.au with your order number and details of the exchange request, within 30 days from the date of purchase;
  2. Items must be unworn and unused, and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
  3. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition;

Any returned items that are damaged and/or do not adhere to the above criteria will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. No refunds will be provided for any incurred return delivery costs.

Exchange requests for items that become out of stock will not be processed and you will be contacted by the REDARC returns team.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please either email returns@redarc.com.au with your order number and details of the faulty item, or fill out the exchange request form as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.  You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

It usually takes up to 15 business days from when we receive the returned item, to shipping the new item out. This might take a bit longer if we're handling a high volume of returns. Keep an eye on your email, and we’ll let you know as soon as we’ve shipped the new item to you.

The purchase of REDARC Apparel and Merchandise products is protected by applicable laws in the countries of Australia and New Zealand including the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand. State and Federal consumer protection laws in the USA may apply to the purchase of REDARC Apparel and Merchandise products.

In the United States, all Products are sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS and REDARC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, for the Products, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  

If you are requesting an exchange of apparel, please specify new size required.
