What is your working background? What were you doing before you joined REDARC?
Prior to REDARC, I was developing sales within the western us, mostly focused on products for vehicle based travel and the outdoor industry.
Talk us through what an average day at REDARC consists of?
A significant portion of my day involves engaging with our customers and partners. I manage inquiries, offer support, and gather feedback to relay back to our team. Working with high-quality, reliable products that empower others to embark on their adventures hardly feels like work at all.

What is the best thing about working at REDARC?
The culture at REDARC shines through—innovative, collaborative, and focused on excellence. It’s a place where cutting-edge technology meets a supportive and dynamic work environment, ensuring that both the team and their products are at the forefront of the industry.
What is your favourite REDARC product and why?
At the moment, my favorite product is our Manager Alpha line. This all-in-one charging system prioritizes solar power and can jump-start or charge your starter battery if necessary, all while operating independently from an inverter. It’s a unique solution with no direct competitors in the market.
What is your dream vehicle? And what gadgets would you put in it?
I’m currently dreaming of a Winnebago Ekko with a pop-top camper for the kids. Unfortunately, the factory power system is poorly designed. To fix this, I plan to replace it with a Manager Alpha 100, a 3000w inverter, and add solar panels on the roof.
Tell us about your REDARC Tacoma, what products do you have and why are they important?
My REDARC rig is outfitted with a suite of essential components that greatly enhance its off-grid capabilities. The truck is equipped with 240ah of lithium power storage, ensuring a reliable energy supply for extended periods. The REDARC Manager30 keeps the battery banks charged whether we're driving, using solar power or hooked up to a power grid. A 2000w Inverter ensures I stay connected and powered up even when off the grid. All these systems are seamlessly managed by our vehicle management system, making operation straightforward and allowing me to fully enjoy the off-grid experience.
When you’re out meeting people on the road and they ask “What REDARC product do I need?” what do you tell them?
It’s challenging to pinpoint just one product since everyone’s needs vary. For those who tow, the Tow-Pro Elite is unparalleled and unmatched in the market. If power is what you need, our BCDC chargers or the Manager30 are proven and reliable choices for most off-grid applications that don’t require air conditioning.
