Returns that bring your order total below $500 will void the promotion. In that case, the value of the solar panel will be deducted from your refund, or the panel will need to be returned unused and in a saleable condition.

We are unable to provide a timeline on re-stock of goods, we encourage you to register your interest on the product page if you would like notification of when it will be re-stocked. Otherwise visit one of our authorized retailers.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?
No refunds or store credit are provided for change of mind. We will happily exchange a product for you, shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We can understand you may order the wrong product or accessories. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, we will endeavor to intercept the order. Please contact us via the enquiry form below.
We will happily exchange a product for you if it is still in the original packaging and has not been used. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

REDARC offers customers free freight on orders within the contiguous US states on all products purchased via the REDARC website excluding heavy and bulky items. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico have low fixed freight rates. All products have a 5 day lead time before shipment after which it will be shipped via our preferred shipping method. All orders are shipped from North Carolina.
Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping.
Please note that your order will require a signature on delivery. Please monitor your tracking details to ensure you are present at your delivery address when your order is delivered.
Orders will be shipped from our distribution center in North Carolina with delivery timeframes dependant on location.
Shipping may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes during sale periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURNS
Terms and conditions relating to 'Return of goods' set out in our Trading Terms will apply to all goods purchased by You via the Site. All goods purcahsed by You via the Site also come with a manufacturer's warranty found here.
CHANGE OF MIND
REDARC do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind.
Exchanges can be processed within 14 days from purchase, if purchased from redarcelectronics.com, with Freight costs will covered by the customer and vary depending on type of goods, size, weight and delivery location etc.
For a product to be accepted for exchange, it must be in its original sale condition, unused and still in it’s original packaging with all parts and documents.
