If your motorhome or campervan is fitted with a REDARC BCDC DC-DC charger with a part number beginning with BCDC1225-XXX or BCDC1240-XXX (where "XXX" is a series number such as 001-005), and you believe you may have a warranty-related issue, please contact REDARC directly. Do not contact dealers listed on this website's “Find an Installer” page.
