Nobody designs, engineers, builds, tests or uses our gear like we do at REDARC. The Product Innovation & Delivery Department is made up of several specialized teams of engineers, project managers and other key roles. 

Known for their focus on original design and innovation, this department relies on skilled professionals capable of collaboration within and outside of their specialised teams to bring projects to successful completion. In addition, REDARC invests a portion of its revenue back into research and new product development. This collaborative approach is key to delivering high-quality, market-ready products. 

Working closely with the Product Innovation & Delivery department, our Advanced Manufacturing department consists of teams across Product Assembly, Manufacturing Engineering, Surface-Mount Technology and Quality Assurance. Not only responsible for all the hands-on production, this team also manages any warranty issues along with incorporating the newest automation technologies into the manufacturing process. 

Dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technologies and optimising processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality, this team focuses on implementing advanced manufacturing techniques, automation, surface-mount technology, and continuous improvement strategies to streamline production, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality outputs. By working closely with the Production Innovation & Delivery and Supply Chain teams, the Advanced Manufacturing Team plays a crucial role in ensuring REDARC’s products meet the highest standards and are manufactured efficiently to support customer needs and market demands. 

The Supply Chain Department plays a vital role in supporting REDARC’s operational success, with key functions including production planning, forecasting demand, creating work schedules, and managing logistics from goods receiving to dispatch. This department encompasses three core areas: Production Planning (including demand forecasting and factory scheduling), Stores and Logistics (responsible for receiving, storage, delivery to the factory, and dispatch), and Purchasing (overseeing supplier onboarding, auditing, ordering, freight management, price negotiation, quality assurance, and quoting for tenders). We work together with our partners and suppliers to sustain and improve value, quality and delivery whilst reducing risk.

At REDARC, the People & Culture (P&C), Finance, Information Technology (IT) and Business Transformation teams collectively play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the company's rapid growth. 

The P&C team oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development, while promoting health and wellbeing initiatives, performance management, and HR analytics, all aligned with REDARC's mission and values. 

The versatile Finance team handles essential functions such as financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, tax compliance and much more, working closely with departments like P&C, IT, Infrastructure, Legal, and Compliance to meet business needs. 

The IT department ensures the technological infrastructure is reliable and secure, focusing on network management, cybersecurity, data analytics, systems integration and providing technical assistance across the business. The Business Transformation team delivers cross-functional business improvement and technology initiatives while enhancing automation. 

Each of these departments plays a unique role in driving REDARC’s success and providing cross-functional support that is critical to achieving both strategic goals and daily operational goals. Together, P&C, Finance, and IT create a robust foundation that enables REDARC’s ongoing growth and innovation.

At REDARC, the Customer & Growth Department including Sales, Customer Service, Product Category Management, and Marketing is vital for enabling the company's continuous growth. Working together, they drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate brand presence. 

The Sales team focus on direct customer interactions, building relationships with partners and end users, and collaborates with other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences and align products with market needs. 

The Customer Service team provides exceptional support, managing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure positive customer experiences and playing a key role in maintaining brand loyalty. 

The Marketing team drives brand visibility and engages the market through strategic campaigns and promotions, while staying responsive to industry trends. 

The Product Category Management team drives growth through innovation in products, processes, consumer needs & change management. Together, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Product Category Management play an interconnected role in REDARC’s success, working in synergy to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate brand presence.
