REDARC's commitment to developing professional and capable individuals carries through to our opportunities for work experience and paid apprenticeships.
REDARC offer high school students an opportunity to undertake a period of work experience. Typically, this includes time spent in the Production area where students are exposed to many aspects of the electronics manufacturing environment and processes.
APPRENTICESHIPS
REDARC offers apprenticeship positions to enthusiastic individuals interested in undertaking a Cert III in Electrotechnology & Communications. This apprenticeship exposes individuals to many areas of the Electronics Manufacturing industry and can open the door to endless career opportunities.
Whilst undertaking this apprenticeship, you will:
- Become part of a Production Team, making components and assembling products in accordance with work instructions and factory orders
- Learn the latest in industry 4.0from our technicians while gaining hands-on experience in the paid workforce
- Develop experience in troubleshooting and fault finding
- Gain support and training throughout your apprenticeship and develop a career path into a diverse range of engineering opportunities
Previous experience is not required; however preferred applicants will have completed year 12 and/or pre-vocational training.
These Apprenticeships are full time positions to which Award wages apply. All training both on the job and off the job (TAFE) is provided. Other forms of apprenticeships are available dependent on suitability to REDARC and in line with business needs.
