WORK EXPERIENCE
At REDARC Electronics, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of talent by offering high school students the opportunity to undertake a period of work experience. This program typically involves time spent in our production area, where students are exposed to numerous aspects of the electronics manufacturing environment and processes. Participants will gain hands-on experience with innovative technology, observe the different stages of product development, and understand the importance of quality control and teamwork.*
APPRENTICESHIPS
REDARC offers apprenticeship positions to enthusiastic individuals interested in undertaking a Cert III in Electrotechnology & Communications. Previous experience is not required; however preferred applicants will have completed year 12 and/or pre-vocational training.

- Hands-on Training: Engage directly with advanced electronics and manufacturing equipment. Become a part of a production team, component development, assembling products such as the Tow-pro elite in accordance with work instructions and factory orders.
- Career & Training Guidance: Receive advice on potential career paths within REDARC & professional mentorship throughout your apprenticeship. This may include opportunities for full-time employment at REDARC after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
