A swaying trailer can be terrifying, not only for the driver but for the other vehicles on the road. There are a few things you should know when towing your first caravan or trailer to avoid sway happening in the first place, what you can do in the moment to stop trailer sway, as well as gear, such as electric brake controllers, you can add to your set-up to help prevent trailer sway from happening.
OVERVIEW
The Break-Safe Break-Away system is designed to apply the trailer brakes and brake lights if the trailer or caravan is accidentally separated from the tow vehicle.
The system has a built in battery that can be charged from the tow vehicle's auxiliary line or by a battery charger.
The easy to operate test button is used to indicate the level of charge in the battery. This should be checked before the trailer is towed.

REDARC offers customers free freight within Australia on orders over $100 products purchased via the REDARC website, unless a bulky or dangerous goods charge is deemed necessary. Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on factors including your location within Australia.
For orders under $100, freight will be calculated at time of checkout.
For international orders, freight will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders will be shipped from our factory in Lonsdale with delivery timeframes dependant on location.
Where orders are shipped to a delivery address outside Australia, you are responsible for the compliance terms as written in our Website Terms of Use.
