Innovation at the core of every product
When working on the development of new REDARC products, we like to start with a genuine customer problem. With the ‘Customer Is King’ mentality ingrained into everything we do, we believe that the customer need comes first and look to the real issues they’re having in the field as a launching point for our innovation.

Without having a real understanding of the issues our customers are facing, whether they’re at a mine site, towing across the country or trying to escape the rush of everyday life, we can’t truly innovate the best possible solution. This is where our team of technical, product and sales experts across the world are key to connecting with both existing and potential customers and finding out how REDARC can best innovate a solution for the challenges they’re facing.
Engineering excellence
Once the idea for a new product has been formed, it’s over to REDARC’s Product Innovation and Delivery team. With over 90 engineering staff and a dedicated team of project managers, no one builds gear like we do.
To make sure our new product can truly withstand the harshest conditions in the world, we’ve invested in a range of in-house testing capabilities. We utilise Highly Accelerate Life Testing and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HALT and HASS) to simulate 10 years of product life in just two days. Additionally, our Vibration and Climactic Chamber replicates real-world driving conditions and temperature extremes. Essentially, whatever you want to put your gear through, we’ve probably tested it.

Once we’re happy a new product is ready to go, it gets put into production by our Advanced Manufacturing department. This skilled team is responsible for all of REDARC’s hands-on production.
REDARC products start in our Surface Mount Technology room (SMT), where three lines pick and place all the components onto the circuit boards, the brains of the product. From there, they’re moved on the production floor. This is where our skilled production team assemble these circuit boards into the products you recognise.
Once the product has been assembled and packed, it’s sent through to our warehouse. From here our warehouse team pack and ship all your orders.
From the factory floor to adventure
Once a product is out in the world, it’s backed by our team of product and technical experts. We’re passionate about not only making the best products but standing behind them. Our South Australian customer service team are always ready to help with any troubleshooting or questions.
Being made in Australia means our products are designed to withstand anything the harsh, Australian conditions can throw at them. So you can be confident your REDARC gear is going to withstand anything you can throw at it.
