REDARC approved as Australian Caravan and Camping Industry supplier
REDARC is proud to announce it has gained Accredited Supplier status to the Australian Caravan and Camping industry.
Run by the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, REDARC participated in the National Supplier Accreditation Program (SAP), which identifies businesses that are committed to quality in business management and customer service in the industry.
REDARC considers customer service of the utmost importance and believe providing quality products is key to delivering customer satisfaction.
To achieve accreditation REDARC had to demonstrate its business operations and workplace practices were of a high standard. This comes off the back of our latest expansion which is due for completion this month.
“The expansion and now this accreditation highlight our commitment to our customers that want high quality products backed up by an unmatched level of customer service”, said National Sales and Marketing Manager, Ben Marsh.
Certification as an Accredited Industry Supplier demonstrates REDARC’s passion to strengthen its profile in the caravan and camping industry and as a company committed to delivering quality business management and the highest standard of customer service.
“With increasingly stringent emissions standards, safety, reliability and productivity, the expansion will allow us to develop new products and enhance our existing products to be smaller, lighter and more powerful, whilst still maintaining the highest quality. We are committed to working with the industry for the long haul”, Ben further added.
REDARC has been presented with an Accredited Industry Certificate and Supplier logo to demonstrate it is an accredited operator.
ABS and EBS systems help you to drive and tow more safely. ABS was first developed for aircraft, before becoming popular in the Mercedes-Benz luxury vehicles in the 1970s. EBS is a braking system that supports safe towing using electronic communication to adjust the braking pressure appropriately across the wheels.
You can plan to bring electronic devices on your next camping trip to the beautiful Australian outdoors. A 12V power setup that uses an additional car battery means you can run 12V appliances anywhere.
For trips longer than a single night, or 4WDing during the warmer months, a dual battery setup for a fridge is key to keeping food fresh. With an auxiliary battery, you can keep the fridge on (and beer cold) without discharging your starter battery.
